Over the last 6 years, we’ve used Signature Exteriors for several projects. They have replaced windows for us, installed a patio door, and a new entry door.
This past fall, they replaced our vinyl siding. They are unequivocally, the most professional contracting firm we‘ve worked with. They are probably not the cheapest, but the execution and error free manner in which the projects are completed provide extra value to the product. Both interior and exterior cleanup and refuse removal result in a site that appears not to have had any work done. Interior finish work (mouldings, trim) are perfect. We would not hesitate to use them again (we’re out of windows to replace but maybe a roof) and recommend highly.
We are very pleased with the finished product. The installers were professional and meticulous about their work.

SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT – FROM INITIAL QUOTE TO FINAL CLEANING. MY WIFE AND I HAD A NEWBORN BABY AT HOME, AND THE CREW WAS SENSITIVE TO ANY REQUESTS OR NEEDS OF OURS.
NOT TO MENTION THEY HELPED LOAD SOME OF OUR TRASH ONTO THEIR DUMPSTER! HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!
Thank you very much for a job (our whole exterior) extremely well done! The two craftsmen who executed the work, Pavel Zotov and his colleague Martin are, in the best sense of the word, “perfection”. There were two things which I had not realized: the new insulation has made the heat in our house much, much more even and less energy consuming. Great improvement! I also did not know that such great care would be given to outside faucets, electrical outlet, and other irregular areas. The front door got a nice new arch! There was a small misunderstanding about an additional job. One single phone call, and it was taken care of within a day or two! So again, thank you for a job very well done. We are very happy to recommend Signature Exteriors to anybody who needs this kind of work.

Roofing Job

Tremendous service and workmanship

We interviewed several good companies when we decided to have siding put on our home. Vinylume stood out as the best in service. Denis spent the time to take us through all the options. We changed our minds from our original plans as he brought us around to see different colors and features. It took us a couple of weeks to decide but we are so happy with our final decision, and our neighbors and family love the color and features as well. Our Project Manager, Bob, was always accessible, and the crew, Vinnie and Carlos, were not only true craftsmen, they were fun to speak with. They explained what they were going to do each day and when we needed access to one part of the house for a repair to our air conditioning, they worked with the AC contractor to coordinate. Bob came back to clean up a spill from the dumpster. And when I noticed that a small piece of trim that should have been under the door was missing, he came right out and checked it and sent someone the next day to set it right. You cannot beat the service.

I would rate the price high but then I got fancy shingles. I was surprised that the gutter down spouts were so small considering the amount of rain they would need to accomodate, They finally agreed with me that I needed bigger ones and redid them. I would have thought they would be knowledgeable enough to have figured it out on their own, the result was they returned, put in bigger ones and charged me another $1000. that was annoying !!!

Great roofing and gutter job, less great cleanup

Materials and workmanship were excellent. Job completed as promised. But wood scraps and nails were left in the driveway, and we weren’t warned to put a cover over items in the attic, which was covered with debris.

From the moment Bob showed up for the estimate to the beginning of the project, including delivery of the materials and the dumpster, everything was a good experience. Vinylume is a well-oiled machine, does great work, and has great products.
